Welcome to Access DFW
Access DFW serves as the central hub for all badging processes for employees and individuals that do business at DFW. The Access DFW office is located at Terminal B, B17 (outside security). Browse this page to easily book an appointment and view resources regarding your badge.

Access DFW Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Employees can make an appointment or join our line as a walk-in by using the “Join the Line” button above from wherever they are. If you have an existing appointment and would like to walk-in, your appointment must be canceled before joining the walk-in line.
Before coming to see us, please be sure you can answer “yes” to both of these questions:
Did you receive an email letting you know we are ready to see you? If not, contact your Authorized Signatory. An Authorized Signatory is the designated representative authorized to request Airport Identification badges and maintain employee records on behalf of their agency.
Have you reviewed the Badge Identification Requirements for the required documents to ensure you have valid, acceptable documentation, and that your documents are originals (not copies) and in good condition (for example, are all names and numbers readable)?

Ready to come see us? Here are the three scheduling methods we offer:
- Click the Join the Line button above to make an appointment or join the line as a walk-in. An appointment can be made up to 60 days in advance. (Please keep in mind that you may be called sooner than expected to pick up a SIDA badge for the first time or for reprint)
- You may walk in and schedule in person. Use the door for Terminal B17 Departures level, outside security (public side)
- Walk-ins can text “Access DFW” to 972-945-3656. (Appointments cannot be scheduled via text.)

How to Cancel an Appointment
If you or your employee needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, simply cancel by responding with the letter C to the confirmation text, then create a new appointment on the desired date.
